• By making a reservation at Adora Inn, guests agree to the terms outlined in our policies.

• All guests must be registered with Adora Inn and must be at least 18 years of age to register.

• We are a smoke-free facility. If a guest smokes in a guest room or any of the public rooms a special cleaning fee will be required.

• Pursuant Florida Building Code Section Statutes 553.512, Adora Inn is not handicapped-accessible. And, pursuant title III Federal ADA regulation 36.104,    Adora Inn is not required to comply with ADA requirements and/or including allowing Service Dogs within its premises.

• For the peace and tranquility of all guests there are no televisions in the guest or public rooms.

• All are welcomed at Adora Inn but we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Room rates are based upon double occupancy.

• 11% State, County and Local taxes are billed in addition to quoted room prices.

•We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, Cashiers and Personal Checks (with a $50 bounced check fee).

Reservation can only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Deposits are equal to one night’s stay or 50% of stay; whichever is greater.

• There is a two night minimum stay on weekends. Some festivals and holidays may be require a three night stay and / or rate change.

•Credit card will be billed one half the total 20 days in advance of the arrival date.The balance will be billed 7 days in advance of the arrival date. Additional charges incurred during the stay are due at checkout.



For those of you affected by Corona Virus issues, we understand your concerns. If you have booked directly with us and not with an Online Travel Agency, since OTAs have their own policies, and have a reservation check-in date between Saturday, March 14, 2020 and Tuesday, April 14, 2020 and wish to cancel their current reservation, we offer a Raincheck Voucher* to allow rebooking at a later date.


The *Raincheck Voucher value will be the amount paid minus processing fees, will have blackout dates and have an expiration of six months from the date of the original reservation. All of our other standard policies will apply.

There is a $100 cancellation fee for all festival, holiday or special event reservations. There is a standard $25 cancellation fee for all reservations.

If a reservation is canceled 14 days or more before arrival date, deposits are refundable.


Reservation cancellations made 13 days or less from arrival date forfeit the deposit.


Early check-outs and reservation cancellations made 7 days or less from the reserved date forfeit the entire amount of the stay.


Refunds for timely cancellations will be posted 10 business days from the date of cancellation.


Reservations cancellations are not contingent upon weather conditions.


No-shows or late arrivals for massage, dinner or other special services will forfeit the entire amount of the service plus tax.


Children and Pets
We do not accept children under eight years of age.


We do not accept pets. However, our two Salukis live on the premises. They have grown-up in the B&B environment and are very friendly to everyone. They are gentle, friendly, and submissive dogs. The breed sheds very little. They are not allowed in the guests rooms.


Breakfast is served at 9 AM and is included in the price of the room. Dinner, boxed picnic lunches and desserts are available at an additional cost. With advance notice, special diet breakfast options are available at an added cost per person, per meal:

Vouchers and Gift Certificates
Adora Inn is happy to honor the paid amount for unused, expired Living Social vouchers for a period of 5 years from purchase date. Vouchers may only be redeemed for a Sunday through Thursday stay and are not valid on holidays, festivals or special events.


There are no cash refunds for Gift Certificates or Promotional Vouchers.


Gift certificates and/or expired Living Social or other vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount and are not valid on holidays, festivals or special events.

Guests do not have access to kitchen facilities or any cooking appliances at the Inn.


Guests may not burn incense at the Inn. Candles may not be burnt in the guest rooms except in the fireplaces.


If a guest has a complaint or any concerns, they must bring it to our attention immediately so we can remedy the situation.


Extended stays, special events and holidays may be subject to different terms and policies. Please contact us for more information.


There is a $35 charge for lost or unreturned room key.

Best Practices And Procedures To Prevent The Spread Of Covid-19:

Hand sanitizer will be available in all public areas of the Inn and in the giuest rooms.

High use items like hand rails and door knobs will be sanitized frequently.

We ask guests use only the toilet in their room.

We have added signage throughout the properties to remind everyone about social distancing protocols and the need to frequently wash their hands and use sanitizer.

Check-in will be streamlined with a scan of the guest’s drivers license.

Room keys will be sanitized for each new guest.

All our plates, glasses and silver ware are sanitized but as an added precaution,
single-use cups for hot coffee and tea will be available.

There will be two bags placed in each guest room, one for used towels that you would like refreshed and one for trash you’d like discarded. Which we ask that you leave outside your door. We will not enter guest rooms during your stay.

We will also be placing disinfecting wipes in each room for guests’ personal use.
